We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Account Coordinator to support a growing advertising team. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience managing campaign operations in a fast-paced environment, providing opportunities to collaborate with clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in digital media account support. This is a W2 contract role for 6 months. The application deadline for this role is March 13, 2026. Manage internal intake forms and submit requests through project management tools. Coordinate with teams to ensure campaign assets are ready and trafficking processes are completed. Escalate operational issues promptly to keep campaigns on schedule. Handle billing procedures, including invoice processing, credits, and rebills. Serve as the main contact point for client communication regarding billing and campaign activation, under Account Manager oversight. Account Coordinator Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience supporting digital media accounts or sales planning. Familiarity with ad serving platforms and CRM or OMS systems. Basic understanding of direct and programmatic advertising transactions. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
