- Own end-to-end event production, including budgets, timelines, and execution.
- Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring alignment and strong relationships.
- Manage vendors, venues, and production partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams through planning and on-site execution.
- Deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences under tight timelines.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years producing events or experiential programs.
- Key Skills: Event production, budgeting, client management, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
