Senior Interactive Partner – Banking Financial Services and Insurance
TCS Interactive, the award-winning digital experience unit of Tata Consultancy Services, is seeking a Senior Interactive Partner to lead our Banking Financial Services and Insurance sector. We help global brands design, engineer, and activate digital products and services that drive growth, transformation, and customer experience excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep experience in digital consulting, marketing transformation, and C suite engagement.
About The Role
As the leader for BFSI, you will represent TCS Interactive across all clients in Banking Financial Services and Insurance. You will advise CMOs, CDOs, CEOs, and digital leaders on customer experience, marketing transformation, and growth strategy. You will also build and lead a team of Interactive Partners who manage key accounts.
This is a high visibility leadership role that combines consulting, strategy, digital experience design, and PL ownership.
What You Will Do
- Lead TCS Interactive relationships across BFSI
- Own sales strategy, revenue plan, and pipeline
- Build, mentor, and grow a high performing team
- Drive revenue growth and achieve PL targets
- Champion customer centric thinking and excellence in delivery
- Client Advisory and Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C suite stakeholders
- Understand client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Guide digital, marketing, and experience transformation strategy
- Participate in analyst briefings to support market leadership
Consulting And Transformation
- Use consulting frameworks to deliver clear and compelling analysis
- Lead marketing and experience transformation programs
- Drive digital content, marketing, and campaign execution across channels
- Support transformation involving CMS, commerce platforms, digital assistants, and Martech systems
What You Bring
- Experience in digital marketing, digital product design, and proposition development
- Consulting or agency background with strong C suite engagement
- Experience leading agencies or teams creating high performing digital content
- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns
- Strong influence skills and ability to enforce brand and operational standards
- Understanding of marketing transformation drivers
- Experience developing business cases for brand and experience transformation
- Exposure to change management, agile, lean, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

- Salary Range: $258,000-$350,000 a year
