What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Use data-driven insights to identify compelling lifecycle opportunities for users
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering to create end-to-end lifecycle experiences
  • Design and execute a portfolio of high-velocity experiments to improve user engagement
  • Own lifecycle strategy, set success metrics, and align stakeholders around the roadmap
  • Ensure high-quality, user-centric experiences that drive user confidence and action

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products focused on growth or engagement
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for complex product areas
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills with experience in running multiple experiments
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills for conveying insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated leadership and ownership of projects with significant improvements in key metrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Previous experience in growth, lifecycle, or CRM-oriented roles
  • Experience with onboarding, habit formation, feature adoption, or re-engagement products
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms and lifecycle/CRM tools
