Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Must have Houston and All Surrounding Areas Medical contacts and relationships developed for future growth in the industry
• Develop and execute strategic business development campaigns
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly referral forecasts
• Manage and track all leads and ensure they’re followed up with in a timely manner
• Collect and analyze business metrics
• Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral and payer sources
• Build and monitor a positive perception as a high-quality provider in the local community
• Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
• Stay up-to-date with working knowledge of government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitors’ market positioning

Senior Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Strong communication, organization, timemanagement skills
• Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thriveson goals
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, businessadministration, or a related field preferred
• Strong computer skills and proficiency inMicrosoft Office
• At lease 3-5 years of home health business development experience required
