Executive Creative Director – Experiential & Brand Marketing
A leading brand experience and content marketing agency is seeking an Executive Creative Director to lead the creative vision behind high-impact experiential programs, live events, and integrated marketing campaigns for global brands.
This role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, technology, and live experiences . The Executive Creative Director will collaborate closely with strategy, production, account, and technical teams to develop immersive brand experiences and multi-channel campaigns that captivate audiences and drive measurable results.
The role focuses primarily on events and experiential marketing , while also pushing creative ideas into broader marketing channels and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Creative Leadership
Lead and inspire a high-performing creative organization , fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creative excellence
Mentor and develop the next generation of creative leaders through coaching and hands-on leadership
Ensure the creative team consistently delivers strategic, differentiated ideas that elevate client programs
Innovation & Industry Leadership
Stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing, technology, live events, and storytelling
Explore and integrate emerging tools and technologies such as generative AI, digital production studios, and immersive media
Champion a company-wide culture of curiosity and experimentation with new creative approaches
Client & Strategic Collaboration
Partner with account leaders and executive producers to ensure creative vision aligns with brand strategy, business goals, and event execution
Serve as a senior creative voice with clients , presenting ideas, guiding concept development, and building trusted relationships
Act as a champion for bold, innovative ideas while ensuring they remain achievable and aligned with client objectives
Business Development & Growth
Collaborate with leadership and new business teams to develop creative concepts for pitches and new opportunities
Support growth initiatives by bringing compelling creative ideas to prospective clients
Contribute to the agency’s reputation as a leader in experiential marketing and brand storytelling
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse creative team across disciplines
Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities
Maintain an environment where creative talent is challenged, supported, and empowered to do their best work
Partner with senior leadership to help shape company strategy, creative direction, and organizational growth
Collaborate across departments to strengthen relationships, improve processes, and enhance client outcomes
Uphold a culture of creative excellence and continuous improvement
Qualifications
10–15 years of creative leadership experience within experiential marketing, live events, advertising, or brand marketing agencies
Proven ability to lead large creative teams and cross-functional initiatives
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative experiential programs, integrated campaigns, and original content development
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to sell big ideas to senior clients and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated success inspiring creative teams to develop bold, differentiated concepts
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and client relationship management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple stakeholders
