Accounts Receivable Specialist
Manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables. Proactively contact business clients via phone, email, and customer portals to resolve past-due balances. Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short-pays, and disputes in coordination with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Cash, etc.). Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts.
