What You'll Do: As a valued member of our family-owned business, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers. This position is responsible for: Accurately taking and entering customer orders via phone. Monitoring customer order patterns and identifying trends or concerns. Proactively contacting appropriate personnel to resolve issues. Managing multiple high-volume phone lines with professionalism and efficiency. Supporting customers with questions or updates regarding products or services.
