What You’ll Do
Accurately taking and entering customer orders via phone.
Monitoring customer order patterns and identifying trends or concerns.
Proactively contacting appropriate personnel to resolve issues.
Managing multiple high-volume phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
Supporting customers with questions or updates regarding products or services.

What You Bring to the Table
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ 3–6 years of customer service experience (required)
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
✔ Proficient in 10-key data entry
✔ Experience with Google Suite and Excel
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Schedule Requirements
Must be available to work one Saturday morning or holiday following training
Occasional mid/night shifts may be required
