- Experience builder

- Salesforce shield (Security)

- Data modeling

- Scripting

- Troubleshooting, Solutioning, data analysis

- Handling support calls and resolve in given timeline

- Reporting

- Familiarity with Azure platform (Optional)

Soft Skills:

- Good communication

- Experience working with end users and business leaders

- Reporting

Project requirements:

- Candidate is expected to work from client office (Evanston) for 2 days a week without any exception
