Madeli-USA is offering an exciting full-time opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager
for the US and Canadian Market.
Location : Remote position, preferably based in close proximity to the California market
Position overview
Managing a team of sales representatives’ agencies across Western US and Canada
Developing and executing sales strategies
Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives
Reporting to National Marketing and Sales Manager
Duties and responsibilities
Overseeing regional sales, promotions and campaigns
Manage and support Western representative agencies (CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, CO, UT, ID, MT, WY, TX, AR, Western Canada)
Ensure Western representatives are keeping our dealers up to date with all their marketing materials needs
Participate in the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
Oversee display activities in showrooms
Support new programs in alignment with business growth initiatives (team approach)
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
Represent Madeli brand at showroom designer functions as needed
Maintain core relationships with key customers
Provide showroom feedback and market insight to Madeli
Participate in R&D activities
Co‑defining and executing territory sales plans
Working with marketing and product teams to align efforts and product launches which reflect brand positioning
Required qualifications
Proven experience in Decorative Plumbing Products
Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing sales teams
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
High effectiveness in managing cross‑functional teams
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
Travel availability of up to 50% of time (USA and Canada)
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Power point
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business administration, or related field
Skills and abilities
Driven, with a positive attitude
Creative and solution‑focused problem solver
Effective time management, organization and multi‑tasking skills
High sense of empathy
Good team player
Ability to work well under pressure
Able to work in a multicultural fast paced environment
Flexibility and willingness to work on any other duties or projects not otherwise specified in the job description
