Bella Advisors is a fast-growing wealth management firm looking for a highly motivated
Client Engagement & Inside Sales Specialist
to manage and convert our incoming prospects into scheduled appointments. This role sits at the top of our client pipeline and is critical to our firm’s growth. Your mission is simple:
build relationships with prospective clients, keep them engaged, and convert their interest into scheduled meetings with our advisors. We host educational seminars and generate a steady flow of interested prospects. We need someone who loves people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. This is
not a typical administrative scheduling role.
This is an
inside-sales style role focused on relationship building and prospect conversion.
You will often be the first interaction someone has with Bella Advisors and will play a key role in helping new clients begin their financial journey. Responsibilities
Schedule new prospect appointments from seminars and marketing leads Follow up with prospects who need to reschedule and keep them on the calendar Confirm appointments and proactively reduce no-shows Build rapport with prospects over the phone and email Manage and track the prospect appointment pipeline Re-engage prospects who have not yet scheduled or who postponed meetings Ensure prospects arrive prepared and excited for their meeting with our advisors What We’re Looking For
Intelligent and quick on your feet Naturally friendly and great with people Strong phone presence and communication skills Organized and highly responsive Competitive and motivated by performance incentives Comfortable in a
relationship-driven inside sales environment Sales, recruiting, hospitality, or client relationship experience is a plus (not required) Compensation
Base salary:
$50,000 – $65,000 Performance bonuses for
appointments that show and convert to clients High performers can earn
