Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Representative, based in Baton Rouge, LA, with the opportunity for partial remote work. Responsibilities include working closely with clients to assess financial goals, developing personalized strategies for financial planning, insurance, retirement planning, and investment management. The Financial Representative will also educate and guide clients on financial products and services, ensuring their plans align with long-term objectives. Building and managing client relationships will be a key focus of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
Knowledge of Insurance and Finance products
Familiarity with Investments and related financial solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish client relationships
Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative teams
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry certifications
