Benefits Specialist
to join our team! If you have a strong background in benefits administration, compliance, and enjoy being a resource for employees and leadership—this could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration of our benefits programs while ensuring compliance and delivering a great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a go-to resource for employees, managers, and HR on benefits-related questions
Administer health & welfare and retirement plans
Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and other regulations
Process enrollments and qualifying life events
Support both fully insured and self-insured plans
Assist with leave of absence and benefits inquiries
Lead new hire and open enrollment benefits presentations
Audit benefits invoices for accuracy
Support 401(k) administration and financial wellness initiatives
Maintain benefits setup and workflows in UKG

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
3–5 years of benefits administration experience
Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulations
Experience with retirement and group insurance plans
Leave management experience is a plus
UKG experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Compensation Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
