Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000, based on experience

+ commission, $200k - $250k OTE

A Day in the Life of the Manager, Account Executive In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a team of Account Executives who are responsible for closing new business and expanding the client base. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams to align sales strategy with product and marketing initiatives while fostering a customer‑first sales culture. Your leadership directly impacts revenue growth and supports the company’s mission to transform how businesses communicate with their customers.

Responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Account Executives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Developing and executing strategic plans for new client acquisition and revenue growth

Partnering with marketing and product teams to align go‑to‑market strategies

Conducting performance reviews and delivering actionable, growth‑focused feedback

Supporting deal strategy, negotiation, and closing efforts

Building a strong, client‑focused sales culture rooted in accountability and results

Requirements and Qualifications:

5+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience

3+ years in a sales leadership role

Proven ability to lead high‑performing sales teams in a B2B or SaaS environment

Strong strategic planning and execution skills

Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions

Adaptability and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment

Passion for coaching, development, and continuous improvement
