NIS America, Inc., publisher of video games in both North America and Europe, is looking to add a Digital Sales & Planning Specialist to our Sales team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Sales & Planning Specialist to support the digital commercial strategy across our titles. This role focuses on analyzing sales performance, planning and executing digital promotions, managing pricing strategies, and coordinating with platform partners and distributors. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of analytical thinking, digital market familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze digital sales performance and storefront trends to inform pricing and promotional strategies

Plan and execute digital sales promotions across platforms, including selection of titles, discount tiers, and timing

Propose and build game and DLC bundles, determining appropriate pricing and positioning

Coordinate promotional submissions and schedules with platform holders such as PlayStation, Nintendo, Steam, and Xbox

Liaise with distributors and partners to align pricing, respond to feedback, and explore additional opportunities

Track, measure, and report on promotional outcomes to guide future campaigns and business decisions

Maintain accurate internal calendars and databases for promotions, price changes, and digital release plans

Stay informed on competitive trends and market shifts to identify new sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital sales, commercial planning, or game publishing operations

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools

Familiarity with digital storefronts (e.g. PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop, Steam, Xbox Store)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working directly with international distributors or platform partners

Familiarity with game pricing models, lifecycle management, or regional pricing practices

Experience with business intelligence tools or dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

Interest or background in video game publishing or digital content strategy

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is typically performed either in an office environment with a moderate noise level or at your home.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to frequently sit and occasionally must stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities include the ability to read and analyze data in hard copy and on a computer screen, measure, or identify using eyesight and adjust vision focus.

Abilities to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups.

Health care: effective first of the month following 30 days waiting period. 401K: Require 3 months of service to be eligible.
