We're seeking a strategic, high-impact
Senior Recruiter
to lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level corporate and IT roles. This individual will serve as the
face of IT recruiting for the organization , acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and driving hiring strategies that directly support business objectives.
This role requires a strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence hiring decisions at the highest levels while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the
primary point of contact and ambassador for IT recruiting , representing the function with credibility and professionalism across the organization
Partner closely with senior leaders and executives to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and shape talent strategies
Own full-cycle recruiting across corporate and IT roles, including software engineering, SRE, and cybersecurity
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates across:
Backend/Frontend (Java, Go, Python)
Mobile (iOS/Swift, Android)
Lead intake meetings and present candidate pipelines, market data, and hiring progress to leadership
Screen, assess, and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring alignment and a best-in-class experience
Manage multiple requisitions while consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs (time to submit, interview, offer acceptance, etc.)
Utilize industry trends and competitive intelligence to build scalable, high-quality pipelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, TA leadership, and business stakeholders
Drive process improvements and contribute to recruiting operations and efficiency initiatives
Maintain compliance and accuracy within the ATS
Travel up to 25% as needed
What You Bring
Proven ability to operate as a
strategic partner to executive stakeholders , with strong influencing and advisory skills
Executive-level communication and presentation skills , with experience delivering updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
Ability to represent the recruiting function with credibility, professionalism, and confidence
Strong experience managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, and workforce planning
Experience with competency-based interviewing and assessment techniques
Strategic, data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years of corporate recruiting experience (7+ years preferred)
Proven success sourcing and hiring hard-to-find technical talent
Experience supporting and influencing mid- to senior-level hiring teams
Experience managing high-volume requisition loads
Experience with enterprise ATS systems (UKG preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
