The Role We are looking for

Sales Engineers
to join our team and support the growth of our business within an assigned territory.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver technical fan solutions that meet customer needs and drive long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Territory Development
Develop and implement strategies to grow sales within the assigned territory
Identify, target, and develop new customer opportunities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth
Build strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable fan solutions
Maintain strong knowledge of the industries served by Multi-Wing
Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities to differentiate Multi-Wing solutions
Develop annual sales projections for the assigned territory
Set performance goals together with the Sales Manager
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
Submit regular reports including customer activity, sales progress, and market insights
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, operations, and customer service teams
Foster a culture of quality, teamwork, and customer focus
Communicate customer feedback and opportunities to management
What We’re Looking For: Experience
2–3 years of experience in technical sales
Experience developing customer relationships and growing territory sales
Education
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Business, or related field
Associate degree in Engineering may also be considered
Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to customers
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using
CRM systems
and sales tools
Knowledge (or willingness to learn)
Fan technology and product applications
Competitive landscape within the industry
Technical sales processes and customer development
