The Stock Administration Analyst is responsible for assisting all aspects of managing and executing benefits in connection with the Company’s equity compensation plans, including equity awards and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). This role partners closely with the Global Stock Administration Director to maintain the stock administration database, process new grants, releases and terminations, support semi-annual ESPP purchases, and assist with SEC filings and proxy support. The analyst also supports stock‑based compensation accounting under US GAAP, provides employee and Board of Director support, and contributes to audit and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Assist with the design and ongoing maintenance of stock programs and related documentation, partnering with HR, Legal, Tax and local teams to ensure compliance with federal, state and foreign regulations and securities laws.
Administer equity programs and maintain stock administration records to ensure data integrity in the stock database, including employee and Board communications and blackout period communications per the Insider Trading Policy.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance and HR to communicate plan materials, compliance requirements, grant processes and management reporting.
Provide timely, accurate responses and education to employees and the Board of Directors regarding equity awards, ESPP and related policies.
Support the Section 16 compliance program by coordinating with Board members, officers and legal counsel to ensure accurate and timely filing of SEC Forms 3, 4 and 5.
Coordinate with local Payroll, Accounting and HR teams on domestic and international reporting of stock compensation for employee income purposes; provide reports as requested.
Support external reporting and audit requirements by preparing data for the 10‑Q, 10‑K and Proxy Statement (including equity‑related compensation analysis and documentation), maintaining SOX documentation and controls, and providing requested data for internal and external audits.
What we're looking for
Certification: Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred but not required.
Experience: 4+ years of Stock Administration experience, including experience in a public company; international equity considerations preferred.
Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Equity Edge Online administration platform; advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills; strong technical aptitude, AI experience.
Core strengths: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to partner with all levels (including senior management and the Board); strong ethics and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Working knowledge of US GAAP stock‑based compensation accounting and equity award valuation concepts.
Vendor and stakeholder management skills (e.g., working with brokers, transfer agents, payroll and legal counsel) and the ability to explain equity topics clearly to employees and executives.

Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
