Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurora, CO, for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves fostering customer satisfaction through exceptional service, generating leads to expand the customer base, and managing accounts to build strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, preparing sales quotes, managing orders, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals. The Inside Sales Representative acts as a vital link between customers and the company’s products, services, and solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and improve relationships
Experience with Lead Generation and Account Management to grow and maintain a client base
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Familiarity with the infrastructure, construction, or equipment rental industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
