Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors, customers, and sales brokers Develop and maintain accurate

sales forecasts

while coordinating with internal teams such as operations and supply chain Execute

promotions, marketing initiatives, and customer programs to drive product visibility and sales Manage

pricing strategies, profit margins, deductions, and dispute resolution

with distributors and customers Work closely with brokers to ensure proper

account execution and performance Identify opportunities to support and expand overall sales growth Oversee key accounts including

KeHE, UNFI , and regional customers Required Experience:

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum

7+ years of experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) food sales Proven experience working with major distributors such as

KeHE and/or UNFI Strong experience managing

sales brokers and distributor relationships Demonstrated ability to execute sales plans and manage key customer accounts Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
