
Flexible Part-Time Order Fulfillment Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Efficiently pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders while ensuring cleanliness and safety in staging areas.
Provide outstanding service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and addressing customer inquiries, connecting them with the appropriate associates as needed.
Operate and maintain certifications for powered equipment such as Forklifts and Order Pickers, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, ensuring compliance and collaborating with leadership to resolve any discrepancies.
Perform essential administrative and maintenance tasks, including audits and order follow-ups, and report any safety issues or theft concerns promptly.
Exceed daily expectations while maintaining a customer-first mentality, showcasing effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to take on additional responsibilities to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of experience with computer use, including data entry, modification, and output.
At least 6 months of experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
Certification in Powered Equipment operation for Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck is mandatory and must be obtained if not already certified.
Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of retail experience is preferred.
Experience in customer service or product fulfillment within a home improvement or hardware retailer, especially in relevant departments (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden) for a minimum of 6 months.
At least 6 months of experience in any field involving the inspection, carrying, loading, and unloading of products or materials.
