Position Overview The Order Fulfillment Specialist is essential in delivering exceptional customer service by accurately processing orders, preparing shipments, and staging pallets for loading. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Prioritize and manage tasks independently to optimize work schedules. Select and prepare products accurately for customer orders, including items from cooler and freezer sections. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Build stable and precise pallet loads, utilizing knowledge of pallet arrangements and counting methods. Interpret and comprehend product descriptions and packaging instructions. Consistently meet production standards and service level expectations. Maintain cleanliness in warehouse aisles after completing orders. Keep accurate records of orders and inventory levels. Advocate for safety in the workplace for yourself and your colleagues. Execute additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or general equivalency degree is required. Pass pre-employment assessments, including physical capability tests and drug screenings. Consistently meet production standards and service levels. Effective communication skills in English, including reading, speaking, and comprehension. Must wear steel-toed or composite toe footwear during work hours; availability for night and weekend shifts is necessary. Willingness to work occasional overtime to support production needs. Physical Requirements This role involves frequent standing and walking, with the occasional need for climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching during stocking and cleaning tasks. Candidates should be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and easily adapt to varying temperatures, including cooler and freezer environments.
