Order Fulfillment Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Accurately select and fulfill orders with meticulous attention to detail. Interpret order details to identify the correct item numbers and required quantities. Efficiently build and organize pallets to facilitate timely shipping. Carefully sort and retrieve merchandise from designated areas. Prepare and submit completed orders to the shipping department for processing. Conduct essential job functions effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Strong communication skills suitable for one-on-one and small group interactions. Proficient in basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Capable of following detailed instructions with practical understanding. Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities in standard situations. Must be at least 18 years old. Demonstrated commitment to working with urgency and purpose. Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed. Familiarity with distribution center practices and terminology. Able to consistently meet production standards. Desired Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant work experience.
