Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patchogue, NY, for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage client accounts, handle policy renewals, and oversee customer service and retention efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert guidance on commercial lines coverage, maintaining and growing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires staying informed on regulatory changes and product offerings to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage and related insurance products
Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
Familiarity with Applied EPIC preferred
Understanding of general Insurance policies, industry regulations, and best practicesAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in technology and insurance industry software is a plus
Relevant work experience in commercial insurance is preferred
