
Brand Marketer

We are seeking an experienced
Brand Marketer
to join a global marketing team focused on building impactful
brand strategies for the Kids category . This role will lead
strategic cross-media marketing initiatives , develop
seasonal brand plans , and collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to deliver compelling
storytelling and consumer experiences . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
brand marketing , a deep understanding of
youth culture and sports , and the ability to translate strategic ideas into
clear marketing plans and presentations .
Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of
global marketing strategies
focused on the
Kids category .
Develop
seasonal brand marketing plans
that strengthen
brand positioning
and connect with
youth audiences .
Build and present
strategic marketing plans, campaign briefs, and concept decks
to internal stakeholders.
Lead
cross-media marketing initiatives
across multiple channels including
digital, social, and experiential marketing .
Collaborate with leadership to develop
long-term brand strategies
that deepen connections with
kids and families .
Drive
product launches, brand campaigns, and strategic partnerships .
Create
consumer-focused storytelling and marketing concepts
based on deep insights into
youth culture and sports .
Partner with
cross-functional teams
to deliver
integrated marketing programs
and seamless
consumer journeys .
Present
campaign ideas and strategic recommendations
to internal teams and leadership.
Requirements / Must-Have 5–8+ years of experience in Brand Marketing
or related marketing roles.
Strong experience leading
cross-media marketing campaigns , including
events, brand activations, and integrated marketing initiatives .
Proven ability to build
strategic marketing plans , develop
campaign briefs , and present ideas through
decks and presentations .
Experience collaborating across
cross-functional teams
in
fast-paced environments .
Strong understanding of
consumer insights, brand storytelling, and brand positioning .
Excellent
communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills .
Ability to showcase a
portfolio of past marketing campaigns
and discuss
project strategy and results .
