The F&B and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the annual integrated marketing and communication strategy for all food and beverage outlets at Andaz Pattaya. The role focuses on strengthening e-commerce performance, digital marketing, and social media presence to support business objectives and drive revenue growth across restaurants, bars, pool areas, and event spaces. This position ensures strong brand positioning through targeted marketing and PR campaigns at local, regional, and national levels, delivering accurate insights and impactful messaging. The role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing, with a dotted reporting line to the Director of F&B.

Qualifications

This position is open exclusively to Thai citizens, in accordance with work permit regulations.

Ability to align F&B operational standards with branding and digital marketing strategies.

Strong presentation, organizational, and administrative skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels

Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure

Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
