Lead field operations on a $50M+ luxury villa development and a $14M concrete/steel restaurant + parking garage Manage scheduling, subcontractor performance, safety, QC, and site logistics Oversee all structural phases: concrete, steel, MEP, envelope, and high-end interior finishes Partner closely with project management and ownership to eliminate delays and maintain aggressive timelines Ensure all project milestones are met - preferably ahead of schedule MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 10-15 years' Superintendent experience on $10M+ ground-up projects Background in luxury residential or multifamily + general commercial Strong concrete/steel experience - stick-frame backgrounds will not be considered Proven track record delivering fast-paced, schedule-critical work What's on Offer
Base salary: $120,000 and $145,000 annually Full relocation or full travel support if needed High autonomy with a strong, unified management team Opportunity to lead some of the Gulf Coast's most high-profile luxury builds
