About The Role We are seeking a friendly and dependable Call Center Representative to join our Cincinnati team and assist with client communication, scheduling, and event-related inquiries. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide information to clients, help schedule appointments, and support our event teams with communication needs.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information to clients
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, schedules, and event details
Handle basic customer inquiries and route calls to the correct team
Update records, logs, and internal systems after each call
Assist client services and event teams with communication follow-ups
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions
Minimum Requirements Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable speaking with clients and handling multiple calls
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly attitude
