Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner provides HR support to their respective client groups. The job requires the ability to forge strong business relationships with management at various levels and in various functions in a corporate and manufacturing setting. The position will provide employee relations, compensation analysis, workforce planning, and training support of overall strategic goals and objectives of the business. This position is on-site five days per week. Essential functions include serving as a consultant to client groups on a broad range of organizational issues of critical importance to the business; supporting multiple manufacturing client groups; addressing and resolving employee relations issues as well as conducting formal internal investigations as necessary and coaching managers on any appropriate disciplinary process or actions. Partner with recruiters to provide guidance and influence key staffing decisions. Provide guidance, consultation and interpretation to management as it pertains to employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development, legal issues, policies and procedures. Ensure employee work authorizations are valid; partner with the Immigration Manager as needed. Implement HR processes such as performance management, compensation planning, succession planning. Partner with compensation, perform compensation analysis and recommendations as necessary for offers, promotions, adjustments, and articulate need for potential compensation leveling. Additional responsibilities include other special projects as determined necessary to facilitate the effective performance of the organization. Assist in the development, coordination and delivery of training programs where required. Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) Business and HR related fields - Required Experience: Five years or more in HR Generalist experience is required. Experience in regulated manufacturing environment(s) is preferred. Five years or more in experience supporting manufacturing operations required. Experience working in a multi-shift environment is preferred. Specialized knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR processes, programs, policies and systems. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid knowledge of state and federal Employment Laws. The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company's good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
