Colgate-Palmolive Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is a 24-month development program designed to prepare you to be a future leader. The program provides first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in Customer Development, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, and exposure to a fast track of commercial business management. You will partner with the business to drive transformation, accelerate people capabilities, and nurture a performance-driven culture for a winning South ASEAN business. Who Are We Looking For

Degree or Master’s degree holder with CGPA 3.2 and above in Commerce/International Business/Business Administration or equivalent Possess less than 18 months full-time working experience (excluding internships & part-time work) Proven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities Passionate about developing a career in FMCG industry Problem solver with strong analytical skills Creative & critical thinking with an open mind and high learning agility Adventurous, entrepreneurial and possess experimental mindset Strong leadership skills, driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes Our Commitment to Inclusion
