About the Opportunity A fast-growing SaaS company in the healthcare staffing space is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Founding Sales Representative to help build the sales function from the ground up.

The company’s platform enables nurse staffing agencies to manage their full operations in one system — including shift scheduling, mobile workforce tools, payroll integrations, and facility integrations.

This is a foundational role for someone who wants to play a key part in shaping sales strategy, messaging, and revenue growth from day one.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and close mid-to-large healthcare staffing agencies (200+ employees)

Own the full sales cycle: outreach ? demo ? negotiation ? close

Sell directly to CEO, COO, and executive-level decision-makers

Build and manage your own pipeline using CRM toolsDevelop and refine sales processes and messaging

Provide direct feedback to leadership to improve product-market fit

Contribute to the long-term structure and growth of the sales organization

Requirements

1+ year of sales experience (required)

Experience selling SaaS or high-ticket B2B solutions

Strong communication, presentation, and demo skills

Ability to manage longer sales cycles (approximately 2–3 months)

Self-starter comfortable building pipeline from zero

Highly motivated and performance-driven

Healthcare or staffing industry experience (strong plus)
