Mission The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day financial transactions of the company, ensuring accurate recording of cash inflows and outflows, maintaining financial records, and supporting overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Record and monitor cash inflows and outflows of the business.

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between company records and bank statements.

Accept and process payments from customers or clients.

Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.

Maintain day‑to‑day accounting records and ensure all financial entries are properly updated.

Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.

Maintain and organize financial files, receipts, and supporting documents.

Assist in preparing basic financial reports when required.

Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

Support the finance team with administrative accounting tasks.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and record‑keeping skills.

Ability to handle financial data confidentially. Good communication and coordination skills.
