The Role We’re hiring a high-energy, outbound-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel our next stage of growth.

This is a true outbound hunting role—not inbound lead follow-up.

You’ll be on the front lines of our revenue engine: identifying target accounts, cold calling decision-makers, and creating qualified pipeline for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)

Identify and engage key decision-makers across target accounts

Clearly and confidently communicate BlytzPay’s value proposition

Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives

Build and manage a consistent pipeline of new opportunities

Research accounts and tailor outreach by industry/use case

Track all activity in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets

What Success Looks Like

Top performers in this role:

Make 50–100+ outbound calls daily with consistency

Turn cold outreach into qualified sales opportunities

Own pipeline generation and take accountability for results

Maintain disciplined follow-up and prospecting routines

Bring energy, curiosity, and resilience to every interaction

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (outbound-heavy preferred)

Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting

Strong communication skills with the ability to build quick credibility

Highly organized with strong follow-through

Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment

Experience in SaaS, fintech, or payments is a plus
