Your Role: As our entry-level Customer Service Representative I (CSR I), you're the friendly voice and helpful hand for both customers and co-workers. Think: answering phone calls (with grace), processing orders (with precision), and helping us keep our operations smooth (with style). Your Daily Superpowers
Phone & Front Interaction - Answer incoming calls like a pro, lend a friendly greeting to visitors, and master voicemail and paging like a champ. Service Coordination - Field onsite service requests (cart repairs, cleanings, etc.) and forward them to our Service teamkeeping the train running on time. Order Processing - Learn our product lineupfrom carts to parts to displaysand enter orders accurately. Data & Billing - POP orders into Sage, match shipping documents, log ship dates, tracking details, and ghost coststhen submit for review. Record Keeping - Keep invoices and essential paperwork tidy with regular filing. Why You'll Shine Here You can talk, write, and add/subtract like a pro. Multilingual skills? Mega bonus!
