Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for recording, monitoring, and reporting the sales activities of Darling's Sales Department. In addition to sales administration, the Sales Administrator will help with special projects and reporting as directed by the Sale Operations Manager. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Process customer orders via email and phone Support sales managers to ensure customer pricing is accurate and communicated Check data accuracy of sales orders and purchase orders Maintain excellent business relationship with customers through constant communication Work with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries Maintain and update sales records Communicate important feedback from customers internally Process and communicate any sales corrections with accounting dept. Provide support to plant personnel in regards to schedule changes, rejections, etc. Provide follow up and communication on AR aging Process AP finished good invoices Work with sales and QA teams to file and process quality alerts, claims, rejections, etc Administrative support and coordination of International transactions and related documentation All other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration field; customer service background preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Excellent math skills In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications Highly organized; superior time management skills. Exceptional communication skills both written and oral. Self-motivated; self-starter; extroverted personality. Work well with all levels of the corporation.
