Plant Director

We are partnering with a leading global food manufacturer to appoint a Plant Leader to oversee a flagship manufacturing facility in Iowa . This is a highly visible role leading a 500+ person operation and driving the next phase of operational performance and site modernization.

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in large-scale manufacturing environments , strong people leadership, and a proven ability to improve performance in complex facilities. A mature understanding of (TPM) and the ability to embed disciplined continuous improvement across the organization will be critical to success. With planned capital investment and site upgrades , this leader will play a key role in strengthening operations, developing teams, and advancing operational excellence across the plant.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned manufacturing leader who thrives in high-impact environments where leadership, operational rigor, and continuous improvement drive meaningful results. Union experience required.
