We're s eeking an experienced and strategic Director of Information Technology to provide strategic leadership to the IT team. This role provides executive-level leadership over IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems, ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives and support scalable growth.

What You’ll Oversee:

Strategic Leadership & Governance

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategic plan aligned with company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain an enterprise IT governance framework.
  • Advise executive leadership on technology risks and investments.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

  • Oversee design, implementation, and lifecycle management of IT systems (hardware, software, networks, cloud, databases).
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems.
  • Lead ERP and enterprise application oversight, integrations, and upgrades.
  • Manage system integrations for operational efficiency.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
  • Manage enterprise-wide IT risk assessments and mitigation planning.
  • Oversee incident response planning and execution.
  • Manage third-party cybersecurity risk and security awareness programs.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

  • Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure resilience through backups and redundancy strategies.
  • Establish data governance frameworks.
  • Oversee enterprise data architecture and lifecycle management.
  • Support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Financial & Budget Management

  • Develop and manage annual IT operating and capital budgets.

Project & Change Management

  • Oversee enterprise IT project portfolio.
  • Lead change management and user adoption strategies.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing IT staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

Performance Metrics & Reporting

  • Establish KPIs including uptime, SLA compliance, project success rates, cybersecurity metrics, and user satisfaction.
  • Provide regular performance and risk reporting to executive leadership.
