Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management & Optimization
Drive the firm’s digital marketing strategy, aligning campaigns with business development goals and the Firm Strategic Plan Develop, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, and performance analysis Create and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, social media, and digital advertising Develop niche advertising pieces for external publications Assist with the development and editing of in-house video projects Website & Content Performance
Oversee and optimize website content for user experience, SEO and AEO, and conversion Collaborate on content development to support digital campaigns and thought leadership Identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and lead generation
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance (traffic, conversions, campaign metrics) Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations Support ongoing performance reporting Marketing Technology & Operations
Maintain and optimize marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Social Toaster, Hot Jar, Google Analytics, etc.) Lead and manage HubSpot workflows, contact segmentation, and database strategy to support lead generation and nurturing
Ensure CRM data accuracy, segmentation, and effective use of marketing systems Identify opportunities to improve automation and efficiency Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and communications Stay ahead of trends in marketing technology, automation, and digital advertising Assist with graphic design and brand template development
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to support digital aspects of marketing and business development initiatives Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed Ensure alignment between digital efforts and broader marketing priorities What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an accounting firm or professional services environment Strong experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms), including workflow creation and contact management Proven success managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns and paid digital media strategies Solid understanding of digital marketing analytics, SEO, and campaign performance tracking Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization A strategic mindset paired with attention to detail and execution excellence Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems Benefits:
