Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Customer Engagement Associate at Home Depot! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional, friendly service while proactively assisting customers in identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Utilize our tools to gain in-depth knowledge about products and effectively guide customers through their project journeys. Engage with customers by greeting, qualifying, recommending, and successfully closing sales within your department. Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe shopping environment in your assigned areas. Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and team members, ensuring seamless communication across all departments. Complete safety training and adhere to all safety policies, reporting any hazards to the Manager on Duty. Departments May Include:
