What You’ll Be Doing

Converting incoming leads into scheduled tours and signed leases

Responding to inquiries promptly via phone, email, text, and in person

Conducting engaging property tours that highlight value and lifestyle

Guiding prospects from first contact through application and move-in

Processing rental applications, income verification, screenings, and lease execution (paperless system)

Managing and refreshing online listings and advertisements

Tracking all activity accurately in property management software

Collaborating with the Property Manager to support occupancy and revenue goals

Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

Consistent follow-up and urgency in communication

Accurate documentation and screening executionContribution to stabilized occupancy across assigned communities

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred

Sales or customer-facing experience in a resident-focused environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience using property management software (AppFolio preferred)

Ability to calculate income and review application documentation accurately

Working knowledge of Fair Housing standards

Reliable transportation for local travel between assigned communities

Work Environment, Travel & Physical Requirements

Onsite, office-based role supporting five small communities within a local radius

Local travel between properties during business hours required

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Conduct property tours and walk community grounds

Use computer and mobile devices throughout the workday

Lift or move office materials up to approximately 25 pounds
