Job Summary
Seek two dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Managers to join a growing team.

Compensation Package
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to a portfolio of standard personal lines insurance accounts.
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and other servicing tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software to manage accounts and documentation.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an agency setting preferred.
Candidates with 5+ years of experience in a captive setting will also be considered.
Familiarity with AMS360 and ImageRight software is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite, with potential for a hybrid schedule after training.
