Growth Operator (Paid Ads + Retention + Content) | In-House | South Florida

Salt Mafia is a fast-growing headwear brand with 500,000+ hats sold. We’re scaling aggressively and need someone who can help drive growth across the board.

This is not a narrow role. You’ll touch everything that moves revenue.

Location South Florida (Fort Lauderdale / Boca area)

Remote is possible, but in-person preferred

What You’ll Do

Run paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google

Launch, test, and scale creatives

Manage email and SMS (campaigns + basic flows)

Help source content and creators

Build relationships with influencers and partners

Work directly with the founder on growth

What Matters

You’ve run ads and can show real results

You understand creative drives performance

You’re not just a button-pusher, you think

You move fast and figure things out

Ecom experience is a big plus

Bonus

Experience scaling a DTC brand

Strong eye for content and UGC

Shopify, Klaviyo, or Postscript experience

Pay

Base salary + incentives (based on experience)

Performance bonus tied to growth

More upside as you help scale
