
Asset Management Analyst

The Analyst will play a role in maximizing value across a diverse property portfolio, with responsibilities including financial modeling and asset performance analysis. This role offers exposure to a wide range of property types and close collaboration with acquisitions, leasing, development, and property management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and update detailed financial models (Excel and Argus) to analyze property performance, valuation, and return metrics.
Prepare asset-level business plans, budgets, variance analyses, and periodic reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor leasing activity, capital projects, and operating performance across the portfolio; track KPIs and recommend strategies to enhance value.
Partner with acquisitions, leasing, property management, and development teams to support transaction underwriting, repositioning strategies, and execution of asset-level initiatives.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess competitive positioning and identify risks and opportunities.
Assist with lender and investor reporting, including covenant compliance, refinancing analyses, and hold/sell recommendations.
Support senior team members in preparing presentations and materials for investment committees, lenders, and joint-venture partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment, acquisitions, or a similar analytical role.
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel; experience with Argus is preferred but not required.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
