About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Director or Senior Director of FP&A to play a pivotal role in the advancement of its planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial strategy, as well as building and maintaining various financial models. This includes ARR forecasting, cash flow projections, and scenario analysis. The role also involves delivering executive and Board-level reporting with strategic insights, providing guidance on resource allocation, investment decisions, and performance optimization, and driving process improvements to build a scalable FP&A infrastructure.
Key qualifications for this position include 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, with a strong background in SaaS financial modeling and subscription-based metrics. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and partner with GTM teams, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and data storytelling skills. Experience with FP&A platforms is a plus, and the candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with leadership experience being preferred. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, operations, HR, and accounting teams, and support for strategic initiatives such as fundraising, new product developments, and geographic expansion.
