
Corporate Paralegal

Dimension Renewable Energy is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the Legal team in managing corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance. This role reports to the General Counsel and will play a key role in maintaining corporate records, supporting transactions, and assisting with legal operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior paralegal looking to grow within a fast-paced, high-growth renewable energy company.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Governance & Records
Maintain and update corporate records, entity structures, and organizational charts Prepare corporate documentation, including LLC agreements, resolutions, and notices Support regulatory filings and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping Contracts & Legal Support
Assist with contract management, including preparing agreements, correspondence, and execution packages Track and manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) Review contracts for basic compliance requirements and completeness Organize and maintain legal files and documentation Regulatory & Transactional Support
Assist in preparing FERC self-certification filings for Qualifying Facilities Support legal and business teams with transactional documentation and closing processes Legal Operations & Litigation Support
Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal team Assist with dispute and litigation tracking, including document organization and coordination Qualifications
Education & Experience
1+ year of experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic corporate environment Location
Atlanta, GA. Relocation assistance possible. Our team works in the Atlanta office on Mondays-Thursdays and remotely on Fridays. This is not a remote-only position. Occasional travel may be required.
