About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, coachable, and competitiveOutsideSales Representativeto join our growing team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their exterior needs, provide honest recommendations, and guide them through the sales process from inspection to signed contract. You’ll be backed by a trusted brand, a strong production team, and a leadership group that’s fully invested in your success. What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs, siding, and gutters Present solutions and educate customers on our services and materials Build and deliver accurate estimates using our CRM and measurement tools Represent the company with professionalism and respect Collaborate with the sales and production team to ensure project success What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and driven to meet personal goals Comfortable with residential inspections (ladders, roofs, etc.) Willingness to learn and grow through mentorship and feedback Valid driver’s license Why Join Veteran Roofing & Exteriors?
