Role Overview This is a full-time, hybrid Insurance Account Manager role based in Melville, NY, with the flexibility to work from home on select days. The position focuses on managing client relationships, supporting risk management activities, assisting with insurance program placements, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Support clients with risk management solutions and recommendations

Assist with insurance program placement and carrier negotiations

Prepare proposals, quotes, and client-facing documentation

Maintain accurate CRM and client records

Partner with underwriting, operations, and service teams

Support sales activities and contribute to account growth

Required Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service

Familiarity with insurance practices or risk management

Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation tools

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required).

Relevant insurance licenses or designations are a plus.
