We help pet businesses generate, book, and retain clients through a fully managed system that includes advertising, automation, follow-up, and reactivation. We are now expanding into franchise and multi-location partnerships and are looking for a driven outbound specialist to help us get in front of decision‑makers and close larger‑scale opportunities. Job Summary
We are hiring an Outbound Sales Specialist focused on identifying, contacting, and booking calls with franchise brands and multi‑location pet businesses. This is not a basic appointment‑setting role. You will be responsible for reaching high‑level decision‑makers such as owners, regional managers, and marketing directors. Your primary goal is to generate qualified opportunities that lead to multi‑location deals. Responsibilities
Identify and research pet franchises and multi‑location businesses Find and verify decision‑makers (owners, directors, regional managers) Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone Send 50–100 targeted outreach messages daily Follow up consistently (3–5+ touchpoints per lead) Qualify prospects based on fit and scale Book discovery calls for the sales team Track all outreach and conversations inside CRM (GoHighLevel) Continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting What Success Looks Like
Consistently reaching decision‑makers (not front desk staff) Creating opportunities with franchise and multi‑location brands Maintaining organized tracking and communication Compensation
Position is commission based – 20% of each deal closed. For example, close 10 franchise locations at $1,000 each and make commission on each location.
