Trifactor Creative is seeking a high-performing Growth Account Executive to drive new business revenue within franchise brands and multi-location enterprises. This is not a transactional sales role. We sell strategic, retainer-based video marketing and brand growth solutions to sophisticated decision-makers — including CMOs, Heads of Franchise Development, and executive leadership teams. If you are confident in selling high-value marketing engagements, generating your own pipeline, and leading consultative conversations that turn into long-term partnerships, this role is built for you. B2B Franchise & Enterprise Sales Full-Time | Trifactor Creative What You Will Own Generate qualified discovery meetings with franchise and enterprise decision-makers Build and manage a healthy pipeline in HubSpot Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover growth opportunities Close retainer-based marketing engagements Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets Collaborate with strategy and production teams to ensure seamless client onboarding Travel to meet prospects and attend key industry events as needed What Success Looks Like Consistent outbound prospecting and relationship-building activity Strong pipeline creation and forecasting disciplineConfident presentation of strategic marketing solutions Revenue growth aligned with agency goals Long-term client partnerships — not one-off projects Who You Are 4+ years of B2B sales experience (enterprise or mid-market preferred) Experience selling marketing, advertising, media, SaaS, or professional services Franchise industry experience is a strong plus Comfortable selling $25K+ engagements and retainer-based solutions Skilled at navigating 60–120 day sales cycles Confident speaking with VP and C-level decision-makers Strong LinkedIn presence and comfortable using modern prospecting tools Experienced in HubSpot or comparable CRM Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills Proactive, self-directed, and performance-driven Comfortable with outbound prospecting, networking, and industry relationship building Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Base salary + performance-based commission Uncapped earning potential Opportunity to work with nationally recognized franchise and enterprise brands Collaborative, high-performance team environment Clear growth trajectory within a fast-growing agency Education BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
